Halko has achieved great success in the field of Development of number of Housing Projects for the Maharashtra’s principal housing authority MHADA. Halko has a in-house team of most renowned Architects and Structural Consultants, making every challenging project easily achievable. Halko also has a most experienced team of experienced staff / liasioning agents for obtaining various NOC’s / Approvals from the various local Govt. authorities required for the approval of building plans. Presently Halko is engaged in development about Rs. 284 Crores work of 5 nos high rise residential building turn-key projects of 12 to 24 floors and having total BUA of about 4.58 lakh Sqft, at various locations in Mumbai. Halko is also developing a Karnataka state’s first Smart City Road project at Belgaum, under Smart Cities Mission of India. For the financial year 22-23, Halko has achieved a turnover of about Rs. 380 millions, and targeted to cross a turnover of Rs. 450 million in the forthcoming financial year.
M/s Halko Infraprojects is also presently executing a most challenging turnkey project namely “Planning, Approval, Designing and Construction of 688 nos 2.5 BHK Flats in total 16 nos, 12 storied RCC Buildings along with two level basements and various amenities, for MHADA at PATRACHAWL (Siddharth Nagar), Goregaon West, Mumbai”. The total BUA of the project is about 10.5 lakh sqft and cost of the project is 250 Cr. M/s Halko Infraprojects has 20% stake in the project and developing 3 building out of 16 buildings (132 nos flats) and BUA of about 2.08 lakh Sqft. The scope of work involves Planning, Designing, Constructing and obtaining necessary approvals for Proposed Balance Work of Rehab Portion.
